Shipping Policy

At Alix Avien Paris we deliver to all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Every order is packed with care at our Dubai store and handed to our delivery partner as quickly as possible.

Delivery options & fees

All prices on our website include 5% VAT. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your Emirate and order value.

Processing time

• Orders are processed every day, including weekends.
• Orders placed after 9 PM, or on public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a shipping update once your parcel is on its way.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready for our courier. You can also pay online by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or in 4 interest-free instalments with Tabby.

Delivery attempts

Our courier will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout before delivery. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be returned to our store and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
