Absolutely. Alix Avien Paris UAE is operated by HL Perfumes & Cosmetics Trading LLC, the official distributor of the brand in the UAE. Every product is 100% original and sourced directly from Alix Avien.

We deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE. International delivery is not available at the moment.

Delivery is FREE on orders of AED 150 or more. Below that, Next Day Delivery costs AED 20 anywhere in the UAE.

Next Day Delivery is available across all Emirates. In Dubai you can also choose Express Delivery within 3 hours (AED 50, orders before 9 PM) or Same Day Delivery, which is free on orders of AED 500 or more.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email straight away and a shipping update with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our store. You can also check your order status from My Account or ask us on WhatsApp.

Yes – you are welcome to shop in person at our Al Ghurair Centre store (Unit FB19, Deira) or our Nad Al Sheba Mall kiosk. Message us on WhatsApp to reserve items before you visit.

For hygiene and safety reasons we accept returns on products that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.

We’re sorry! Please send us a photo on WhatsApp +971 55 988 0795 within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Of course. Send us a photo in natural daylight on WhatsApp and our beauty advisors will recommend the best shade for you – or visit one of our stores to try the products in person.

Alix Avien products are made in facilities certified to ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) and ISO 9001. Our Vegan range is cruelty-free and made without animal-derived ingredients – look for the “Vegan” label on the product page.

Keep products tightly closed, away from direct sunlight and heat, and use them within the period shown by the open-jar symbol on the pack (for example 12M = 12 months after opening).
