We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will accurately reflect the actual colour of the products.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online payment gateways available at checkout

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details on our servers.


4. Orders & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders as indicated on the website. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

  • Items must not be damaged or altered in any way

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


7. Exchanges
